This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how cookies and advertising work on this site, which service providers help us run Free ASMR, the choices you have over your data, and how to contact us about it.

Last updated June 20, 2026

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect your Google sign-in details, email address, basic profile information, text submitted for generation, generated audio history, technical logs, and basic usage information needed to operate the site.

We also automatically receive certain technical information whenever you visit, including your IP address, browser type and language, device and operating system, referring page, and the pages you view. This information is collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies described in section 2.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Free ASMR and our third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar identifiers to run the site, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and serve advertising. Cookies are small files placed on your device; web beacons are small graphics that record whether a page was viewed.

Strictly necessary

Required to sign you in, keep your session active, remember playback preferences, and protect against abuse. The site cannot function properly without these.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 cookies that tell us which pages are visited and how the site performs, in aggregate. See section 4.

Advertising

Cookies set by Google and other third-party vendors to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. See section 3.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

3. Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertising on this site. Advertising helps keep the audio on Free ASMR free to listen to.

  • • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • • These third parties may collect or receive your IP address, device identifiers, and browsing activity, and may use web beacons to measure ad performance.
  • • We do not pass personally identifiable information such as your name or email address to Google or any advertising partner.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. More detail on how Google uses data from sites that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and how the site performs. It sets cookies and processes your IP address and usage events on our behalf. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site, and we do not use it to identify you personally. You can prevent Google Analytics collection with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, generate ASMR audio, store history, improve product reliability, investigate abuse, respond to support requests, serve and measure advertising, and manage subscriptions, billing, and account support for active memberships.

6. Service providers

Free ASMR uses third-party services to run the product. These may include Google for authentication, advertising, and analytics, Supabase for database storage, Cloudflare R2 for audio storage, Fish Audio for speech generation, and payment providers such as Creem for subscription checkout, billing, and customer portal services. Each provider only receives the data needed for its role.

7. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland

Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, including advertising and analytics cookies, and we honour the choice you make. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through your browser settings or the opt-out links in sections 3 and 4.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@freeasmr.net.

8. Children's privacy

Free ASMR is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Some recordings are bedtime stories written for children, but they are published for adults who read or play them for a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not use data from this site to build audience lists or serve personalized ads to children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact support@freeasmr.net and we will delete it.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain history features, prevent abuse, and meet legal or billing obligations. If you want us to review a deletion request, contact support@freeasmr.net.

10. Security and limits

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise perfect security. Please do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial, or medical information through the generator.
