These terms describe the rules for using Free ASMR, including account access, acceptable use, generated audio, and future paid subscriptions.

Free ASMR lets users generate ASMR-style audio from text, play published audio on the site, and save personal generation history when signed in. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
Some features require sign-in through Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for the activity that happens under your account on Free ASMR.
You are responsible for the text you submit for generation and for making sure you have the right to use that content. Do not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful material. We may remove access to content or accounts that misuse the service.
Paid plans are still being prepared. Before any subscription or one-time purchase is activated, we will display the exact price, billing frequency, included usage, cancellation method, and renewal terms in checkout. If recurring billing is enabled, customers will be able to cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.

Our refund approach is described in the Refund Policy. Refund decisions may depend on whether a charge was accidental, duplicated, or affected by a technical failure.
We try to keep Free ASMR available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every feature, or error-free generation results. Free ASMR is a digital audio product for personal listening. It is not medical advice, not therapy, and not a healthcare service.
