Refund Policy
Free ASMR sells digital subscriptions through Creem. This page explains how customers can cancel recurring billing, how refund requests should be submitted, and how refund decisions are handled.

We review refund requests for duplicate charges, accidental payments, or technical failures where paid access was not delivered as described. Approved refunds are processed through Creem by our team.
Because Free ASMR is a digital service and usage may be consumed quickly after purchase, we may decline refunds for partially used or fully used subscription periods except where required by law.
Customers can cancel recurring billing from the Manage Subscription link inside their Free ASMR account or from the customer portal link in their Creem receipt email. Canceling a subscription is intended to stop future renewals. In general, the current paid period continues until the end of the already-paid billing cycle unless a separate refund is approved.
To request a refund, email support@freeasmr.net with the account email used on Free ASMR, the payment date, the charged amount, and a short explanation of the problem. We recommend including the receipt email or any Creem order details if available.
Customers should contact Free ASMR first for refund requests. If a refund is approved, our team will process it through Creem.
